About County Hall Apartments

County Hall Apartments are situated directly behind the iconic Riverside Building on the South Bank of the River Thames next to Westminster Bridge.

The apartments are divided into four blocks (North, South, East & West), centred around Forum Magnum Square. It is a mixed use development, with the ground floor properties consisting of bars, restaurants and retail space, with the upper floors being entirely residential.

In 1995 North & South Blocks were converted from their original function as local government offices into their current usage jointly by Galliard Homes & Frogmore Property.

Following this successful redevelopment, East and West Blocks were added as new-build developments, situated between the North & South Blocks and the Riverside Building, running along Belvedere Road.

The development includes secure underground vehicle parking, and 24/7 Porter’s Lodge (situated on the corner of Belvedere Road and Chicheley Street).

It also has a dedicated leisure facility including gym, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, and a 21m x 4.5m swimming pool.

Since May 2018 the freehold for the development is owned by County Hall Freehold Limited, the shareholders of which are all owners of residential properties within the estate.
